Customers are responsible for securing pets and ensuring a safe work environment for our technicians.

Cancellation and Rescheduling.

Service appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with advance notice, subject to our cancellation policy.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
